I. Basic Service Overview
Base Rental Fee: Includes one professional driver with a standard daily working time of 9 hours. If additional hours are required, we will offer corresponding compensation based on the vehicle type.
Excluded Fees: The base rental fee does not include toll fees, parking fees, which will be paid separately by the customer based on actual usage.
II. Special Fees
Out-of-Town Accommodation Subsidy: If the driver needs to travel to another city for work, we will provide a subsidy of 50 USD per night for accommodation. If the client has arranged accommodation, this fee will not apply.
III. Driver Service Commitment
Driver Management: We commit that all drivers will strictly abide by the work rules and regulations of the organization, ensuring passenger safety and providing excellent service. The drivers will sincerely welcome every guest and comply with management arrangements.
IV. Insurance Coverage
Insurance Included: The quoted vehicles are all covered by compulsory traffic insurance and commercial insurance (including third-party liability insurance with a coverage of no less than 2 million yuan), providing comprehensive safety assurance for your trip.
v. Taxes and Invoices
Tax-Included Pricing: All prices quoted above already include taxes, and we can issue VAT ordinary electronic invoices for your financial management and reimbursement purposes.
